All sales are final. If you have any questions about any product, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing.

***REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Due to the personal and intimate nature of both bath and body products, and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges will not be issued or accepted for any reason. This includes fragrance preference claims.

***FRAGRANCE PREFERENCES, LONGEVITY and BODY CHEMISTRY
Fragrance perception varies greatly from person to person, resulting in diverse opinions about any particular scent. Not only will personal opinions vary greatly, but different fragrances will naturally vary in strength in order to appeal to a wide variety of personal tastes. Additionally, everyone’s body chemistry is unique and complex, which significantly influences the longevity, character and development of any fragrance when applied to the skin. Skin type, perspiration, pheromones, and even lifestyle can affect a fragrance’s longevity and how it smells on each wearer. Due to these complexities, refunds, returns and/or exchanges will not be issued or accepted for reasons regarding personal fragrance preferences.

***DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your order has arrived and there has been damage/spillage in transit, you must take clear and detailed photos of all the damages/spills and submit them to me for review WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. At that time, I will assess the damage and we will discuss a resolution. I will not issue replacements or refunds for damage claims if you do not submit detailed photos within 24 hours of receipt.



***NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
Because all shipments include Tracking and Delivery Confirmation, shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer are not the responsibility of Island Sun Cosmetics. Such claims will not result in refunds or replacements.
