***PROCESSING TIME, TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the date of order. Our Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Excluding all holidays and weekends.
Estimated delivery time is the date of your order plus our 3 to 5 day processing time and shipping transit time.
Our goal is to ensure that your order is made perfect for delivery to you.

All of our packages are shipped with the USPS. You will be provided a tracking number as well as delivery confirmation.

***SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that you are double checking your shipping address and confirming that is it correct before submitting your order. All shipping labels are automatically generated and printed and cannot be edited. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages due to incorrect or outdated addresses.
If your order has not yet shipped and an edit or change is needed, please contact me immediately to request an order cancellation.

**IN-TRANSIT DELAYS
Once your order ships, it is no longer under our control. Delays in transit are always possible with any shipping courier. Therefore, we would be unable to give you an exact date of delivery. we ante only able to see where an order is via your shipping tracking number. If an order delays via USPS please be patient, as this doesn't mean that your order is lost.

***SPRING & SUMMER HOT WEATHER SEASONS & YOUR DELIVERY
Please keep in mind that when ordering body butters during hot weather seasons, there is a possibility of your order melting during transit. We are not responsible for shipments left in a hot mailbox or outside, subsequently being exposed to high temperatures for any period or time. As a result refunds and/or replacements will not be issued.
Please be available during delivery to avoid such occurrences and bring the order inside once it arrives.

***MELTED WHIPPED BODY BUTTERS
Because these products consist mainly of body butter they are extremely vulnerable to high heat. As a result they are the most common products to melt in hot weather temperatures. Even Melted the product is still good. Immediately refrigerate and once semi solid you can rewhip the body butter with a hand mixer to get the same whipped effect. You can also allow it to harden completely and use as is, this will result in the jar seeming half full, but it is still the same amount of body butter.
